OK 2 things I'd like to see.
One, if I choose multiples of one type of Squad or Attachment in a force then the card has multiple damage box rows for the units. I realize this is not possible for vees but for infantry it would be nice.
Two, when I sort units by owner and then add a single unit to a force the page resets to a list off all units again and then I have to sort by owner again...I'd rather it go back to my previous sort and ley me choose how I want to sort next.
Otherwise I just want to be able to put the units in the order I choose on the pdf but I think I've figured out a work around.

I second this. As an added feature could we have an account option to only show our own units and forces all throughout the program?

I tired to replicate the lists on Gruntz Website figuring they'd be helpful to determine some good baselines, I was unable to do the Protolene Amaya Hunter Battlesuit (1st I tried) It appears the stats on the website are not accurate to the book actually. So I did my best guess for it. gruntomatic.com/gom/unit/304I suppose my question is, should I keep going with them so long as I can get the point costs right? To be honest, I don't have any of these forces, I just thought it would prove helpful. EDIT: Yeah, none of them match . . .

glenn. The Grunt'o'matic unit you linked matches the official Gruntz army builder spread-sheet (and the 1.0 rulebook as far as I can tell). For one thing, your unit's weapon isn't the same as the one in the old card and hence will have a different point cost. I see what you mean about the old cards on the Gruntz website not matching the book. I'd guess that those cards pre-date version 1.0 of the rulebook, and that's why it doesn't match. The GoM is using the 1.0 rules and I've compared it to the official builder. If you do find any discrepancies, then please PM me about them, I want to know

I realized that they were broken from the website the more I worked, suckyness, but it is far from your fault.

All the more reason to do up a set of those cards with 1.0 points values, IMO. I think it makes your idea more useful, not less.
You won't get exactly the same points as the old cards but you'll be getting the 1.0 rules equivalent, which is what you really want IMO.

I've added support to calculate a units points on the fly while you are building it. This is done in client-side in javascript and is a fairly major change, so if anybody sees mis-matches between the build-time cost and the cost on the PDF, then please let me know. Particularly if you happen to figure out which bit of the unit isn't getting properly costed.

That's done now. Assuming you have a modern browser it won't leave the unit list page when you click 'Add to Force'. It'll add the units to the force in the background and briefly change the 'Add to Force' button to read 'Done' to let you know that it's worked. Multiple damage boxes I'm not sure about - Infantry use the space below the damage track for their perks text. Vehicles have no room as you know, and unless people are using group based units there's no need for damage boxes on grunts, and never I think on SAs as you just remove the model to indicate dmg. So, it's awkward and I'm not sure it'd be very useful. Sorting force entry order is on my large todo list. I've put about 100 hours into the Grunt'o'matic already, and even things like this which sound very minor can be quite awkward to do.So, can't say when it'll be done, but it will be at some stage.

Rating system added. Any logged in user can now rate units from 1 to 5 stars. Averaged rating of a unit is shown on unit page and unit list page. You can filter the unit list page to only show units with a rating above a certain threshold.
Users who aren't logged in can still see and filter by rating but can't rate a unit.
When/If I add a Work-in-progress/Published unit option, I'll prevent rating on units that are marked as WIP, and allow filtering out all WIP units. It's on the todo list but I'm mentioning it now as it's tied to how ratings will finish up working.

Be interested to see if you could add a comments/feedback to units to aid with tweaking. Love some feedback on my GDI

Would it be possible to set up the Grunt'o'Matic to have the option when making a Gruntz Squad, to include the squad attachments on the same squad card?
Since a squad attachment has the same stats, perks and basic weapons as the squad it is attached to anyway, and you even add their cost in before dividing the sub total for the squad. The only real difference is they have an extra (heavy) weapon with different stats. So in terms of display on the card, you would only need an extra damage box or two and and extra weapon stat line or two.
This would eliminate the need for an extra card laying on your table and would have all squad members represented on the same card.
You could even have the two squad attachment damage boxes in a different colour or shape so you could easily mark them off if they were killed and you lost the heavy weapon. Also the weapon lines that hold the stats for the squad attachment weapons could be shaded a slightly darker colour so they could be easily identified at a quick glance.
On the squad creator page, you could have a couple extra drop down lists and check boxes so that one or two squad attachments could be chosen as well as their extra heavy weapon. You could also have it so that if the drop down lists and check boxes were left empty, then nothing extra would appear on the card....this would be for those who would rather have their squad attachments appear on a separate card.

Love some feedback on my GDI Here's some anyway - they look awesome! Last night I was showing the Missus some of the cool stuff people are building with the GoM and your GDI force and CombatWombat's (username, no idea if it's really him) ThyssenKrupp Task Force gruntomatic.com/gom/force/43/ were the two I showed her. If a force has good photos and a nice variety of units the force PDFs look very professional IMO. Comments may happen - unfortunately I pretty much know how to add them and I know that it'll be a bit slow and dull So it's got the dual combination of not being challenging and likely being tedious - so very low appeal currently If it turns out that many people want them, and (convincingly) claim they'll use them, then it'll happen @mookifer - I intend to make those unit list filters saveable as a user specific default setting. So you'll be able to set it to show only your units and it'll stay like that for your account until you change it. That should allow you to only see your own units. I'll extend that to forces at some stage. On to-do list.

Well I get the benifit of having all the fluff pre-written for my stuff (copypaste) thanks to using the C&C universe. I'll be replacing the stock images with painted units once I finish them. Suppose I could do the infantry ones now
