I see nothing in the Specialist section on page 34 about coherency rules. It also doesnt really address them being purchased into squads or solo (mentioned briefly, only).
The reason this matters is, if I buy 3 K9 units and a handler, does the handler need to stick with them at all times, or should I buy this as 1 specialist (the handler) and another group of 3 dogs, or simply as 4 individually-activating specialists who are really unaffected by each other (and really, gives the specialist no reason to be purchased unless I can squeeze some kind of Commander-feature out of him).
Is there clarity on this? Thanks!
