They're actually HO barriers (http://www.amazon.com/Models-Concrete-K-Rail-Barrier-BLM4107/dp/B000Z5ZPCI)
I basically primed, washed and drybrushed to weather them a bit. Otherwise they are grey.
They are great, easy, cover that can go anywhere...

Some of the crates are GZG. They also do some nice "gas barrel" items and various little goodies. I think you might find them all in the building accessories section of the site.

The buildings are Old Crow apartment buildingsā¦ the crates are from GZG, the dumpsters from Khurasan Miniatures, the streets are printed out from World Works Games Streets of Legend and mounted on cork board, and the remainder are HO RR accessories.
