So if someone could clarify the following, I'd greatly appreciate it.
The rules lead me to believe that vehicles can't assault, only move and shoot. However, there is at least one vehicle perk that talks of a vehicle assaulting (Engulf) and there are weapons (power claws) for vehicles that have no range and seem to be specifically designed for Assaulting.
Can vehicles Assault? If so, do they use their skill stat for the Assault roll? Also, if they can, if they are not mounting any anti infantry weapons to react fire with, can they react Assault?
When a vehicle rams, do they travel their base move +3" or double their base move +3", in a straight line within their forward arc?
When a vehicle rams, does it choose a single model to ram, or does it ram everything in its path? If the latter, how is this determined, by the width of the vehicles base perhaps?
When a vehicle disengages from an Assault, can it do so by ramming, potentially killing enemies in front of it as it escapes close combat?

2 more to add When moving at flank speed does the to hit modifier also affect close combat attacks When a vehicle moves away from an enemy in base to base contact does that allow the enemy a free 'disengaging from CC attack'Edit - yes that can P20
