Is there anyway to undo a smite on this forum?
I errantly smote timvidlak with my uncoordinated clicking.

I didn't think I could.
When I was returned to the thread, the exalt smite option was gone. Having gone in a second time it was available again. Problem solved and thanks!

Usually you can only smite/exalt every 30 minutes or 60 minutes or so. It stops people ending up with huge negative karma when they piss someone off and he spams the smite button...

basically, it's a popularity system. You exalt things posts from people you like, you smite people's posts you don't.
When I was on the Ogre Kingdoms forums, if you reached so many likes (exalts) you were allowed to add little trophies to your footer as a way of showing that you've earned so much of the communities respect.
