Question on taking Perkz

On the topic of Perkz, am I able to take the same perk on a model twice? If I missed something in the rule book where it already answers this, my mother and fiance will both tell you that I'm completely blind when I'm actually trying to look for something, and I apologize for the newbie question.

For example:

Over the top (1pt) +1 guard after double move
Over the top (1pt+5) +1 guard after double move

Total: +2 guard after double move.


Or

Life Juice (2pt) auto heal 3 waxed
Life Juice (2pt+5) auto heal 3 waxed

Total: Heal 6 waxed within 3 inches, or heal 3 waxed models, twice per game

Yeah it won't let me do it on the army builder, but I just wanted to confirm.
