Hello!
I'm Runecaster from the South Indianapolis area, (Beech Grove). Papabees turned me onto this game's premise, and I'm excited to get a demo game going and get into some models.
I have 6 years of GW gaming under my belt namely in WHFB, WH40K, and BFG (my favorite). I've also toyed with D&D (but who hasn't?) and recently picked up Pathfinder.
What really turned me onto this game is the concept of making my own models. I used to teach basic sculpting and painting techniques at a game store my first few years of college for the citadel miniatures line, and I would love to start a miniature line, but I have yet to find any good beginner's instructions to making reusable molds.
I'm excited to start playing and get making some new mini's!

Welcome Runecaster. What really turned me onto this game is the concept of making my own models. I used to teach basic sculpting and painting techniques at a game store my first few years of college for the citadel miniatures line, and I would love to start a miniature line, but I have yet to find any good beginner's instructions to making reusable molds. ! You just make some models and then we'll talk about were to send your models (or sell them) to get them made. Assuming you mean metal infantry guys then one option would be to get some made, get feedback (or reverse that and see what you can cater to), and then make some more. Then sell you idea (or get a deal worked out) and have them made. I suggest that for it can be easier for sculptors to focus on making the models not shipping, collecting funds, worry about what sells and who has paid. That being said I can't wait to see what ideas you have.
