Help making Halo cards

Hey guys, I'm still new to this and am looking for some input for creating cards for my Halo armies.

My biggest problem is wanting to keep it as balanced as possible, you see I love the Halo world and concept, but have only played it on Xbox a few times. So my opinions are very limited to those games.

I've also been told that there may be Ghosts coming...

Well for Spartans you should use 12 for Guard, and I think 13 for Soak. Because they use full body armor, unlike ost of sci-fi humans like Earth Force marines:


For regular human I use Veteran stats. But with Seasoned for shoot, because moern humans are trained more on shoting rather on fighting with bayonets in melee. Also modern assault rifles aren't very good for melee.

I would give Spartans and Elites shields and always make them Specialists. I would only use them sparingly on the board though. Lots of ODST guys and UNSC marines but only a few Spartans.
