So any idea how the stretch goals will work? I already have my pledge in, but might be able to put some more in before the end of the drive.

Stretch goals will be a higher target where we deliver some extra functionality. There is no need for existing supporters to pay more. However if people do have blogs or friends it would be great if you spread the word because if we hit the new target with more support coming in it benefits everyone.
All existing pledgers would still get the added features in the software if we achieve the new target. Ian is working out what these levels would be with regard to his development time.

Do you have a tentative release date for the beta?

Is there a way to upgrade an existing pledge to a new level (of confidence and power)? For example, pledged at $34, but willing to throw down at $44, and who knows what with the stretch goals...

I am looking in to how to do the upgrade. Will probably just add an Upgrade Perk and warn people that it is only for upgrades from the PDF version. Just need to be careful I don't get a flood of pledges on it from people that have not pledged before.

The tentative release date for the beta is early to mid-July. However, bear in mind that tentative release date is tentative.

I want this ability to change names! +1 I've added a screengrab showing custom names - click on the weapon's name on the unit card and it's an editable text field.

One other thing you might consider is rather than fill in the boxes not used for damage with black just leave them off the card when not used. Saves ink. Just my 2 cents. Not a deal breaker or anything.

At the moment the card backgrounds are taken directly from the empty unit card layouts that come with the 1.0 rules.

I forgot to mention, the main text below the statline (where the Perkz & Modz rules are shown) is also editable.

I agree that stops you printing out lots of black box's and just covers them up. I think I can create the damage grids without the extra black to print. I will just need to check with Ian to confirm he can build it in.
