Just thought I'd share some House Rules that I've been trying re:Ramming.... The vehicle (or large creature) that does the Ram can take damage as well as delivering damage. The Damage of the hit on the Rammer varies depending what it is Ramming: Damage 2 hit for each Grunt hit (they will bounce off most vehicles but on a double 6 they may have jammed in some important part of the vehicle!) Damage 4 hit for ramming a Commander (as they are a bit tougher than Gruntz) For hitting a Specialist, the Damage is equal to half (round up) the Specialist's starting Damage Points Ramming another vehicle means the Rammer takes a hit equal to the target's own Ram, minus 3 Ramming a building, the Rammer takes a hit equal to the building's Soak stat, minus 5. Also, we take walls to have Soak 14 and 2 Damage Points per inch section; and vehicles Ramming a wall take a Damage 7 hit from the impact. Troops immediately behind the wall take normal Ram damage (from the vehicle / flying masonry) but the vehicle may only complete its move if it did enough damage to breach the wall (i.e. get through the Soak of 14 and remove both Damage Points). Ramming is fun!
