Love that pattern!!! I was going to guess the Tron one seater aircraft toy, but I have no idea where it came from. Looks cool though!

Almost looks like it comes from an old anime model line. The show was a not-quite-Gundam attempt called Dragonar. One faction used over-the-shoulders wing-and-engine modules to give the normally ground-bound mecha some air mobility.
