Okay so a specialist can shoot on weapon once per turn (unless given the let rip perk) fair enough. Is there an limit to the number of weapons (within reason) that a specialist can carry?
I think it is perfectly reasonable for a heavy power armour specialist to carry (for example) a Sp. Heavy projectile weapon and a Sp. Medium missile launcher. However, the version (2.0)1 builder only gives you the option to carry one primary weapon and one close combat weapon.

I see no reason not to give it two or more Be careful with the builder as it not 100% correct in places!
