I have a Kremlin Miniatures Commissar/standard-bearer for my Stalingrad 2072 Red Army, in addition to a Red Commander. How should I represent him using the Gruntz rules? I'd like to give him some morale-helping abilities or something similar, but that's already what the Commander is. Or should I simply base him together with the Commander and treat the two as the "commander" unit?

You may wantto hold off and see what the new perkz are going to be in 1.1 . There may be new morale boosting perkz for specialists or something.
If not, there needs to be some exploration of that idea.

I'm leaning towards simply basic the Commander and Commissar together and treating both as a single character - a command base. This will be prettier than basing the commander alone, and emphasize the dual nature of command in the Red Army.

I was going to stat them as Medics. "Wounded? You aren't wounded! Get up and fight!"

I'm more and more leaning towards simply basic the Commander and Commissar together and treating both as a single character - a command base.
