I would say Specialist but group them up into a unit say 3 to 5 in a squad

I am using 3 TAC Walkers from AT-43, in Steelbaks Merc company. They are about the same size as the ones you have and I field them as individual anti-infantry Specialist Walkers. Seen here with a CMG ARC Grunt Attachments:

I agree with the Specialist option, they are a little larger than standard assault type powered armour.

Here is a comparison shot of the MANITOU with a 15mm.co.uk Post-Apocalyptic Survivor and a Kremlin Miniatures Commander: It isn't THAT large (unless you count the antenna/flag-pole, that is), so I'm still undecided between Assault Infantry, Medium Specialists or Scout Mecha. What do you think after seeing this photo? Still a Specialist? Also, I'd LOVE to see a detailed example of Assault Infantry vs. Medium Specialists vs. Scout Mecha; what is the difference between these categories in term of mini sizes?

Still go for a specialist To big for PA for me and far to small as a walker!

I would go with Specialist or Scout Mecha (very small scout Mecha). Do them both. Stating them up only takes a minute or two. Do both and see which stats you like better.

Scout Mecha: Base Cost: Mecha (16) Size: Scout (1) Soak: 14 Guard: 14 Damage: 12 RAM: 7 Crew Skill: Seasoned - 4 (2) Speed: 7 Primary Weapon: Autocannon - V. Medium Projectile (3) Ability: None Total Point Cost: 22
I'm leaning towards the Specialist as it looks more fitting and is cheaper (and less of a heavy vehicle).
