As you might have noticed, I'm suffering (or maybe enjoying is the right word? ) from a Gaming Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) - that is, having too many ideas running around my head, which distracts me and makes me work on too many projects at once, given my limited real-life time and resources. In order to combat this tendency, I've decided to limit myself to three main miniature gaming at the time: 1) Alien Invasion (using GRUNTZ) - has two limited armies which are 80% ready. 2) STALKER (using Wasteland 3: Meltdown) - for which I have about 50%-75% ready forces. 3) Stalingrad 2072 (using GRUNTZ and, for smaller actions, Wasteland 3: Meltdown) - for which I have about 25% ready forces. Only when I'll finish up these projects (minis+vehicles+terrain) I'll move to other projects such as Lizards vs. Cockroaches or Outer Veil.

Dude I know exactly how you feel.. currently I'm working on and trying to learn the rules for the games...
Gruntz, Gromm, Song of Blades and heroes (amazing), Shadowsea, Warlord and Secrets of the third Reich. Ironically, I dont even have anyone to play against, as none of my mates r into this kind of stuff and the club closest to me isnt exactly "local".

I know exactly how you feel, I'm always seem to be part way through project before the shiny syndrome takes hold, just finished a large 6mm Brigade army for FWC so now looking to do some more 15mm again.
I'm always sorting out new scenarios to play but usually means I create some custom scenery to go with is as well. ;D
