This was 4 or 5 years ago I think and for one reason or other I decided to waste time on a comic view of the game we played. Just sharing it again here.

The vehicle is one from a cartoon. Captain Scarlet I think the new series, you should be able to find it on ebay. It is almost spot on 1/100th but could do with a re-spray and "dirty up".

Thanks for the comments on this cartoon update. I might resurrect this old style of layout for a couple of Gruntz battlereports and make them a few pages long. Food for thought on ideas for getting rules and game dynamics displayed...

That makes lots of sense Robin fun and simple way to bring the concepts of the game to the gamer

Very nice, thanks for the laugh.
And I think using the comic is a great (and entertaining!) way to clarify rules -- diagrams work, but the comic (and comical) format is much better!

Thanks for the kind words. I will include a comic in the rules update to explain the new assault rules. I think the format would work and you also get some eye candy in the form of some nice photos explaining the rules.
