I really like the Heavy Gear universe, but find that the rules leave me cold. So my friend and I thought we'd try "Heavy Gear Gruntz" and use the multi-basing rules for infantry (six 12mm figures on round 40mm). But as I started to look at the fluff for the Southern Republic MILICIA (Military Intervention and Counter-Insurgence Agency), I realized that I didn't have any real baseline for what was generally accepted as "correct" pointing. So, after a few hours of experimenting in Barracks, I think I'd like to ask some of you "old hands" how you would stat these guys up. I attached some screenshots of the fluff for inspiration. This may be a newly recruited squad for you if you want a more experienced squad just up the relevent stats.

Thanks Comstar I was worried my stats would be "wrong" somehow (even though this is definitely a make-it-yours type of ruleset). I had made this profile before posting and it's good to see we were in the same ballpark. ** I think I may take away the "Over the Top" perk and instead give them the "Hard Vetz" perk to show a more determined psychology. No problem Perks are there for flavour so none are wrong just use what seems right A shoot or Assault of 4 is the low end of the spectrum so see this as the base for new conscripts. Glad I could help
