Robin has been I think But how I would do it is make every thing centimetres and multi base infantry. Also instead of one extra range band have up to four extra but have them at +1 guard per range band

I like the idea of the multi range bands, could allow you to have the "big" guns that could fire all the way over the table.
Would give you a reason to have all the different type of tanks you just have to have.

I might have a go at putting some rules together over Xmas. I've got a big pile of Epic armies that want to come back onto the table

I am working on early ideas. More focus on command, more detail for area effect type EW and certainly 3 or 4 range bands. Also trying to make sure I keep infantry squads (on single bases) worth playing along with making mecha distinct and useful. I have a few things written down, with the core mechanics staying similar but a different damage mechanic to speed up the carnage so you don't have to hit a tank many times... More news as I extract detail from my brain and will be looking for early play testers to take a VERY rough draft.

Starting to get the 6mm itch bad!
A bunch of my club members are playing NetEpic and loving the 6mm action,
