My apologies, up front, if I missed this, somewhere, in the FAQ/Errata:
Exactly how many weapons may a Mecha fire in one Action?
P. 58 states that only two may be fired, with the second one being fired at -1. P. 97 states that all weapons may be fired at an incremental -1 after the first.

I believe for a normal mecha it is 2 weapons, then for super heavies it is up to 4 (with the -1, -2, -3 for the subsequent shots)
but then saying that I don't have the rulebook with me

I have quoted the rulebook, above, for the expressed purpose. Just attempting to determine which rule supersedes the other.

I would suggest all weapons then with the -1 for subsequent - if you want to fire 12 guns then crack on, the points you spend on those weapons added to the -1 after each shot will balance IMO

I had a look at the FAQ in the back on the rules, page 97, says you can fire all, at a -1 incremental, so, I'd go with that.

It is all. The first was a left over from early games where I was trying to restrict power play but after 2 years it got adjusted to all with the incremental minus.
