If you are using multibased models and resolve a units attack all at once , should this apply to the first attack for all the models or just one ?

Hmmm...
I'd call it that the owning player can choose one ranged attack per turn, per model on base, per multi-based unit.
So, if you have 5 on a base then you could take 5 shots at +2 guard.
