I have a buddy who's new to Gruntz. He's got some Battletech minis, and he likes mechs.
Battletech is 6mm, or 1:300, while Gruntz is 1:100. So a 40mm mech in BT is 12 meters tall, but 4 meters tall in Gruntz.
This would then be a small, scout mech? I kinda see it as a similar size the the "mech" in Avatar. (bad guy drives it, towards the end)
Has anyone used BT mech minis in Gruntz? Got an example card?
Thanks!

Not used myself but Ferb used them in games against me . Not sure if he put cards up on here on not. But they were either specialists, light or medium mechs. In Battletech terms he used light mechs as specialist, Medium / Heavy mechs as Light mechs and Assault as Medium mechs Hope that helps Cheers Matt

The problem is that original Battletech minis are too small to be side by side with 15mm infantry. I´m using wizkids miniatures, they are 1/144, and are big enough to be mechas in gruntz.

I recently picked-up some Heroclix Mechwarrior models, these work a bit better for scale. I think they could fill the role of up to a medium sized mech.
