Would anyone like to see some more focused and detailed Mecha and monster action in the rules?
How about:
Throw Punch Kick Rip off Arm Tear off head Trip Head butt Stamp on head Kick on ground Flying kick Rocket assisted punch. Prone Kick Close action weapons (large pistols to shoot against the body of other mecha and monsters). Other Karate type moves - round house kick Body slam or other wrestling moves.
Just working my way through the potential for adding some details for those that want to focus on mech action but also like to include some infantry and vehicles in a game. I could add them as advanced rules for those that want a nice location based fight.

Most definitely! And I would love to see Tail Swing (or something that covers that and tentacles, etc) and a longer range flame thrower in your list. Godzilla needs some new moves. I started my post by encouraging rules for monster-on-monster action and realized it might get censored...
For the flamer I was imagining a template that moves a certain number of dice and only hits what's under the final location. At least that's been our house rule. Squinch

Interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing a more detailed "Mecha fight!" advanced rules set for Gruntz. Like you said, maybe as an advanced section of the rules. You could also do it as a "Mechz!" supplement and expand on the use of mechs as the primary fighting force with the other unit types as support, and really expand on the Mecha combat like above.
