Kidding, mostly.... We've been working on getting everyone's favorite silver screen actor Godzilla into a game. We tried a scenario where Mr G had to destroy buildings while being pounded by the enemy. Our first approach was to bring his stats and abilities down to a small battle level. It wasn't what we were hoping for. It felt like his hit points were too low for his invisioned size and we couldn't put too much opposition inthe game. Thinking of the movies we want the game playablewith a larger force of infantry, tanks, etc. Could be a cool Convention game. Has anyone experimented with large monsters and run into a similar situation? Playtest 1: Godzill - 89 Points, 35 damage points, large plasma weapon, heavy claws (x2), one being his tail. Opposition: 3 average squads, 2 mobile support weappons (medium lasers), and one tank which came in as a reinforcement later. Outcome: Close game only because it was more scenario driven and Mr G had to destroy buildings, diverting his attention away from killing the opposition. Our next playtest will increase his damage points to 155, using the attached card. We'll use 5 damage points per box and use the bottom row of five box to count singles. I'll put together an AAR. Any suggestions? Squinch Attachments:

Keep it narrative. Have the big G knock buildings out of the way to block llines of fire etc
