My buddy and I have been searching for the right game to use the slew of new awesome 15 mm models with and Gruntz is it. After a couple of games we have some questions to contribute to the upcoming errata.
Do you need LOS to a target to assault? - Yes
Confirm power armor is 14 and 15 and there is no 16. - There is a 16.
Damage values for Support Vehicles; is the book right? - I think so.
Are there any specific movement rules for Fighters using Prop, Jet, and Aerospace mobility? - No
Should Air Support, Ground Support, and Monsters pay +5 points for the 2nd Modz? The text in each Builder only limits them to modz from different categories. - Yes.
Should Gruntz and Commanders pay +5 points for the 2nd Perkz? - Yes
If you begin an activation suppressed can you claim the no moving bonus for shooting or does using the action to remove the suppression count as moving? - No
At the end of an Assault that ends in a draw and no opposing units are still in base-2-base. Does the assault continue if both sides succeed at their Mental Checks? - It continues next activation if they assault again. It does not keep repeating that activation.
The Assault Flow Chart requires the Defenders to make a Mental check to React Assault, although the rules make no mention of this. Is the Flowchart correct. - Yes
How does a flamer work? - I think this one has been answered before.... Will have a dig for the answer.
With regards to str modifiers template weapons work differently for thrown grenades and fired weapons. The -5 str penalty for everything under the template that wasn’t the initial target seems harsh for a hit result on a fired template weapon. Should it be -3 str as per the grenade rules? -5 is the norm. Although happy to consider a -3 if gameplay suggests. I was trying to balance the game from becoming a total-wipeout for template weapons vs gruntz.
