Here is my big stompy lizard for transporting Orks in battle 
Built as a Ground Support Vehicle, I have been fielding it thus:
Guard 10
Soak 17
Skill 4
Movement 6
Ram (Trample) 12
Crew 2
2 Transport slots
Damage Points 20 (Criticals at 15 / 9 / 3)
Armed with Vehicle Light Projectile and Vehicle Light Power Claw (teeth / claws / horn).
Perk: Really Thick Hide (Uber Armour)
In practice, it tends to dump its cargo pretty early on and then just run around trying to trample enemy units ;D
