What skill levels do you guys normally use for your Gruntz (shoot, assault, ect). I am trying to bring some of my 40k friends over to this and I am trying to replicate some of the units. Would a straight conversion work (40K BS to Gruntz Shoot skill)? In 40K most skill levels are about 3. Of course the mechanics are different, so I was hoping those with some experience might give some suggestions. Is 3 too low of a bar to set for most units in Gruntz? Or should it be 4?

I would use the following:
An Ork is probably a 4 shoot 6 Assault 3 Skill.
A Gaurdsman 5 Shoot 5 Assault 4 Skill.
A Marine 6 Shoot 6 Assault 5 Skill.
These would be for a standard trooper. To give a bit more of a mix add a perk or two to vary them a bit. Hero's give a relevant upgrade to a stat.
