Ok so airbrushing at this scale was limited to gradient face plate, stencil camo, and wash spray with a bit of shadowing. I used a paintbrush to add the highlight spots on the faceplate. So not as good as you can do with a paintbrush but a fairly quick way to paint a small army.
Keep in mind my nozzle is just a little shorter than one of these guys.
