Well here is my 15mm project. The majority of it was seen in the competition thread but I have got some new models on the go to increase the size of the army. Demiurg Warden Battlesuit (Commander): Drones with Nicassar psyker attachment (Infantry): Nicassar Praam (Flyer): A couple of shots of the whole group: And here is the new stuff so far (poor lighting):

Cheers guys.
The battlesuit is a Dust Tactics miniature will new legs from an OOP H.A.V.O.C.K mini
The drones are the ends of Necron gauss flayers with hex rod on top, the "legs" were bent out with the blunt end of a knife.
The jumping guys are my own sculpts.

Cheers for the comments guys. Well I tried but I think all this picture shows is that i'm really bad at staying between the lines when it comes to painting!! I much prefer painting plastic figures to metal ones, as these have been cast I find them hard to get a decent paint job on. Anyway, a close up as requested . On the one i've started painting more i'm really struggling to make the curved visor look right (with the highlights).

You say they have been cast in metal ? So will they be up for sale or was this a one off for you ? I have no plans at present. At the moment there is still only one sculpt which I have converted into the 5 pictured above. If I were to produce them I need to do more sculpts and I have gamers ADD really bad so I woulden't expect anything anytime soon lol. When I still had spare cash I had a bunch of stuff cast up but the casters screwed up and ended up going straight to production molds (when I asked them specifically not too), so I ended up being sent production rather than master casts (meaning that they could not be re-cast). I've not had the spare cash since to do another round of master casts to convert. Plus I don't really have the resources to get enough cast for sale, or actually sell anything lol. Once upon a time it was a dream of mine but it's not a dream that's going anywhere . Here is a shot of the pretty much finished one I was working on. Not happy with the claw though.

I found the old "green" pic of him back from 2010 lol I believe I re-sculpted the end of his right foot after that photo.

Thanks for more pictures of them, what do you call them BTW ? I just find them real quirky in a cool sorta way Even if they are production casts they should in theory be the same metal. If they are, and then converted, they could be spun up again A lot of figures are made this way I know two local casters who do this regularly BTW are you UK based ?

I was under the impression that the metal used to caster the masters from was harder than "white metal", though similar in make up, different consitancy in order to survive the perssure of casting better. I have no idea what to call them, I just call them rabbit like aliens presently.... Yep, i'm in West Sussex.
